Thank you for your demonstration of how to manually clean, I would like to ask why there are still missing area in the test printing after manual cleaning, but there will be no missing area in the formal printing?
What do you do when the manual cleaning made thing worse than when I stated. I was missing 2 spots on the black. Now I am missing 8 on the black 10 on the magenta 12 on the cyan. I have done more medium cleaning to try and fix but nothing is changing.
Hello i want to ask you, while doing test print then i'm check the nozzle at white color there is blue in the white nozzle. I try to clean using the cleaner and cyan still there, any suggestion what must i do? Because the cyan color is still in the white nozzle test print
When we see that ink color crossing over to another channel we recommend to replace the capping station, or captop, first. Then if that i s not a fix you will need to arrange service with Roland.
Thanks for the suggestion. I have new problem on the yellow nozzle then the yellow nozzle is not good like not at the same line. I already read the manual to perform medium and powerful and the nozzle still in there. Should i do manual cleaning and clean all part like wiper, caping and the head?
