Such beautiful cards Lucy. After watching your videos, I bought a bunch of PET tape and love it! It is so easy to work with and produces stunning results. It took me a little while to learn the “roll” technique to getting the backing off but once I mastered that, I was a PET maniac, lol! Thank you for providing such great inspiration ❤️🇨🇦

I just checked my bell notifications and it was off. I'm glad you mentioned it. Now I know why videos haven't been popping up. What can I say Lucy, these are all breathtaking products. I'm in quite a different situation than most people financially and so I must wait until the 1st of June before I can order. It will be worth the wait. Meantime thank you for sharing this company. If I have a difficulty in taking the backing off the pet tape I find putting a bit of the tape
on my sticky mat and away it comes.

What a lovely set of PET stickers you have to create with. you have such a great eye for the images and how to arrange them on your cards. they always come out just gorgeous. this is why i love your channel so much. I have no favourite because they are all stunning and i have to buy them all. Is Journalsay an Australian company? They have some really delightful designs. I’ve just found your channel & subscribed to it. Your cards are stunning & inspire me to make some too. I do have one question. Where do all your sentiments come from? Do you die cut them yourself? They’re beautiful & bold & really make the cards stand out. I’ll be watching more of your videos & ordering more stickers too.
Hi Judy, I'm so happy you found my channel and subscribed, I hope you enjoy lots of my videos! Yes, I die cut the sentiments myself. I also print out sentiments occasionally and in one video, I show how I printed them then used foil to create metallic sentiments with a laminator (one of my first videos).

Hi Lucy, there's not one video of yours that doesn't make me want to run to my desk and start creating! I have loads of stickers (mostly birds & butterflies) but I've never been able to get the results you do. I've tried sticking them onto embossed card but the outline of the transparent sticker is visible and it doesn't sit flat on the card. How did you get yours to look so good? Also, what size card do you use to create your masterpieces?

Hi Elaine! I just saw you bought me a coffee, thank you so much for your support, it means so much to me to know I inspire you to run off and create! Ahh, yes, the stickers did stick to the embossed paper but I much prefer the look of the stickers on flat paper and probably wouldn't do it again. I thought the outline was more noticeable on the embossing too, and I showed my sister (who's also a card maker) and she couldn't notice it so I think sometimes we're a little harder on ourselves than perhaps others are. Also, I used PET stickers and PET tape on the embossed card; the stickers had more of a matte border and I thought that looked much better than the slightly glossy borders of the tape.
I thought I might try adding the sticker first, then embossing the paper to see what would happen, I'll do that and show the results in an upcoming video; that way if it goes wrong and crinkles, you'll know not to waste your stash trying it.
The card size I usually use is 10.5cm x 14.8cm, this is a common card size in Australia. I hope all this information helps XOX
@@lucypatrick Thanks for the advice Lucy. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out by putting the sticker on first and then embossing the card. You are totally right about using PET on white card, I've tried it on coloured and the outline of the stickers was too noticeable. I'm going to play around with my birds & butterflies to see what I can do with them, they are too pretty to waste! Xx

These items are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. I do have a question - When you put the lace on the envelope, did you have any problems with the Post Office stamping the bottom of the envelope - did it bother the sticker? Just wondered.
Hi, I haven’t tried posting this envelope but I have sent envelopes in the past with stickers on them and I believe they arrived the same as they were sent but I didn’t ask the recipient so I can’t be sure. Sorry I can’t be more help, mostly I add special things to envelopes that will be hand delivered 😁♥️♥️
I found that sometimes the plastic edge pops up after sticking them down, the next day. Any advice?
I'm thinking maybe you're using a less quality brand? Are you using Journalsay or The Washi Tape Shop products as that's never happened to me with their tapes and stickers (which is why I love and use them often). XOX Lucy

I think it took a couple of weeks to arrive, I think I was waiting longer for this package than the other two in the past. Shipping is so hit and miss sometimes isn’t it, I send to Canada occasionally and sometimes it’s there within a week and sometimes it’s taken 3 months!
