Here's the best price I can find for Transparent Labs Stim Free: feastgood.com/recommends/transparent-labs-stim-free/ This is an affiliate link. Feel free to use it or don't. There's no extra cost to you. It simply helps me purchase more product to review for the channel. Also, it's important to mention, an affiliate link is NOT a sponsored link. I paid for this product 100% with my own money and reviewed it independently. I have never received any financial compensation from manufacturers for reviews. Companies never know that I'm reviewing their products before a video gets published. It makes no difference to me whether I love or hate the product, I simply tell you my candid opinion. So while I can receive commissions for referring sales to products, if you end up being disappointed with my recommendation and don’t come back to the channel, I lose my audience trust. This is why I always set a very high standard for my review process, and constantly strive to provide the best, most honest, and most helpful information.
Thank you for this breakdown. So many companies, so many products, it is overwhelming and detailed videos like this are appreciated. Have you experienced any gastro issues or any noticeable symptoms when taking this along with any other supplements? Thanks again.
You're welcome! As for any gastro issues, no, not for this product. I've reviewed a couple other pre-workouts recently and experienced some extreme sickness after taking them, which I'll be publishing soon. But Transparent Labs Stim-Free was totally fine.
Question: is there any benefit to taking a non-stim pre-workout if you are only doing cardio? I usually do a 45 min peloton on my non-lifting days. PS Thanks for your channel, I'm really enjoying your content, and I ordered this product because of your review.
REALLY appreciate hearing that. As for non-stim on cardio days, that's exactly what I do. Then I have Transparent Lab Bulk for my strength training days. They work really well together.
It's good. I use it for both steady-state and HIIT cardio. If you're not fussed about caffeine, then I like Transparent Labs Lean (ruclips.net/video/TZaSnj9lS3Y/видео.html) a bit better for cardio, but for any cardio sessions after 4pm I'm using the stim-free.
I know this might sound counter intuitive, but Sour Grape has a pleasantly sweet grape aftertaste, like a grape freeze pop. Did you watch my video where I tested every single flavor of Transparent Labs Pre Workout?
@@lancer717 Before you give numbers like this, is there research to support these amounts in teens? If not, I would just direct someone to a dietitian who specializes in this sorta thing.
Transparent Labs Stim-Free does not contain any creatine. If you want creatine, they have a Creatine HMB formula available that can be added to your pre-workout. I'm also currently working on a round-up of the "best pre workouts with creatine", which should be published in the next month.

Would this be good for stead state running cardio?
Is there a product just like this but with caffeine? I like the ingredients, but caffeine would help a lot too. Thanks
Yes, try their Bulk formula. Here's that video: ruclips.net/video/MbsiG1KDM0U/видео.html

Hi what’s the sweetest flavour please??

My son has been wanting this Pre workout is it safe for 14 year old boys?
I'm not a doctor and I don't want to comment on safety for teenagers.
No. Citrulline and beta alanine is too high for a kid still going through puberty.
2-3mg tops on citrulline which opens up the blood vessels
