    • @DaManWithDaStuff
      @DaManWithDaStuff 2 месяца назад

      @@tedjomuljono3052That was after returning to WWE, before that, AEW fans booed him, coincidentally, the company declined when he left.
      This is also why it’s important for wrestlers (or at least people who know the ins and outs of the wrestling world) to run a company, here’s a few examples.
      The biggest issue with Vince McMahon ,is that he’s a business man at heart (if he has any), his booking was always centered around shock value and great spectacle, and while this worked INITIALLY, it eventually became formulaic and tiresome, this strategy isn’t very talent friendly either (look at how many people left in bad terms during this era, Vince relies on star power, but struggles to create new stars).
      Most of Vince’s success can be attributed to him being surrounded by people who could make his ideas more viable (if you look at any WWE success story, Vince is never the only mastermind behind them, it’s usually him and someone else).
      This is the same reason as to why the other Vince, Vince Russo, had a good reputation in WWF, but was terrible in WCW, in WCW, he had full control .
      Tony Khan is the complete opposite but just as flawed, he’s a fan at heart, so he books AEW like someone who plays WWE 2k, he hires talent to put them in fantasy matches that have as much stunts and senseless blood as possible.
      He has no knowledge of what makes those moments special, and doesn’t understand storytelling in wrestling, he puts people in matches and expects us to know who they are because of what they did in the indies.
      He’s also lacks authority and allows TOO MUCH creative freedom (Im not against the idea, Vince was too restrictive and that was a problem), he allowed CM Punk, his biggest star, to be pushed around, then was surprised when there was confrontation.
      My point (I’m done with the yapping) is that Triple H, Cody Rhodes and Shawn Michaels are so good at booking, because they can handle their fellow wrestler’s needs, they understand what the fans want while also knowing when they might be wrong, and can listen to the business side of things, while being able to turn them down.

The whole mentality of tribalism is toxic and pathetic that when wrestlers praise each other despite being in different locker rooms, it’s a nice moment immediately tainted by the tribalists. That being said, it isn’t helped when management in both companies are encouraging it.

      Plus WWE is collaborating with NOAH, Marigold, TNA and GCW in crossover promotions. WWE is showing their willingness and interest in working with other wrestling promotions from across the globe. And with the recent news of the massive signing of Stephanie Vaquer, a talented Chilean female wrestler, who held Mult-Women’s Divisional Championship titles in CMLL /Latin and Stardom NJ promotions. WWE has entered the Latin/Americana market positioning the WWE Brand across the Latin/Americana wrestling industry. This move could potentially building new relationships with other Latin promotions and lead to a potential relationship with Triple A to bring in future house shows, crossover tours and/or a major PLE. The future is looking bright for WWE as it continues to expand their Global Network. In other news, with Giulia signing with WWE and WWE also signing “DELTA”, a top star talented Australian who held several championship titles are going to tear the roof off WWE Women’s Division. Hopefully WWE brings in Mid-Card title and IC title so Women’s 2.0 Evolution can begin.

The number of fans isn’t there! And the loyalty isn’t there! Just because the business has a lot of money in the owner that doesn’t mean the company has been that successful! Again I could say if the WWE wasn’t around idk 🤷🏻‍♂️ if the AEW would even be what they are because you have whiny 😫 ass fans that cry 😢 about the dumbest bs and that’s a lot of them went to the AEW to cheer for them because they had a lot of the older WWE guys period!!! They've really toned down the shots taken and the fact that Cody and to a lesser degree, Ethan Page have found success, there is a good indicator any bad blood has mostly passed and both sides get to do their own thing.

    I really think that the WWE is doing the fans a disservice, by keeping Aldis and Pearce as on screen GM's. I mean if they both enjoy what they're doing, fine. But I'd like to at least see a match between the two of them. I really think that Aldis will do great when (or if) he wrestles there. Pearce I can see doing a match here and there, but he is Punk's contemporary. Meaning that, (much like with Punk) he'd probably want to make what matches he's got left in him, mean something. Finally, if they are both "done" wrestling, they're still great on the mic.
    Edit: I also just checked, they do a lot of good backstage as well. So I guess what I should say, is that we should be happy to see them on screen in any capacity. They're giving to the next generation, what could be better.

    All AEW need is to tap into Indian market by conducting and expanding in India, it will give them access to eyeballs in India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. That is more than 2 billion people, majority of whom already hold interest in wrestling. They will get plenty of attention on media and get momentum, they can start a wrestling show in prime time of market and a show to discuss and interact with fans in the evening slot, and boom they will be famous. From there they can go wherever they want.
