I found your channel yesterday, binge watched your whole GU content. Amazing to see people still playing and enjoying this game in 2024. Also one additional tip for aerial hammer, after the double bonk in the air, you can continue the combo on the ground.

I've always liked Alchemy Hammer the most due to the support options available without huge loss in effective DPS. SP Mode bonuses to all hunters and free consumables, on top of Knockouts? Excellent team player. But Aerial is quite stylish.
Finally you see the essence we've been aching to ask you to try. It works with LARGE monsters, I used it against Rathain first and never looked back. Rathalos, Astalos, Testucabra, Najarala, and especially Gammoth are particularly weak against Aerial Hammer. Nibblesnarf is a bit of a stretch tho, I hated fighting him with it.

You're darn tootin' you avoid the aerial charge attack! It's X for one bonk if you only have a small opening, A for double bonk if you have a bigger one!
to all mhfu and mhp3rd hammer mains out there, I'm planning to start a new playthrough using hammer only on mhfu and mhp3rd, so here's some questions 1. does elemental hammer necessary to have or just go raw all the way? 2. skill armor focus/short charge or go RA atk sharpness etc?
Love how the first hammer hit is so hard that it bounces the hunter back so they can go back for another smack
