seriously yes, thank you. I have been SO anxious over Ukraine/Russia lately that I feel like crawling out of my own skin. Honestly I'm not sure if I can make it the next couple of days, but this video helped calm me down and get me out of my head. There's so much beauty *AND PLANTS* in this world that I need to live it one day at a time, every morning

I enjoy mornings when I read for a bit before I get out of bed, then meditate, then cook porridge for breakfast. I used to journal before breakfast as well, with gratitude lists and some other notes, but I've got out of the habit so maybe I should start that up again :)
