Dan, I just don't understand why legends such as Ahmed Polo, Dan Owusu , Armaah Senegal, Sarfo Gyamfi and many others can not be tasked to teach our up and coming soccer lads to learn their skills. I lament over this all the time.
You've been and still smart on all level, the problem during your school time was because of your most time spent on your hobby which was football, it was just unfortunate that you're not having the financial opportunity that some talented kids are having today. For instance my son is a talented fooballer ,even thought I support him to achieve his dream but at the same time I d adviced him that education is the most important cause as a player ,I know many players including myself who stop football prematurely due to injury and other inconveniences. But thank God for your achievement.Wish i hve your cntact 😊
Weah educated himself now he's the President of Liberia...you can still do it...there are a lot of learning methods it can be done...the mentality should change...if people from the grassroots get leadership positions in the country a lot will change
Awudu Issaka dribbling prowess was like Ablade Kumah...Joe Debrah was not a typical dribbler...Awudu Issaka dribbling skills was like Isaac Kwakye Joe Debrah playing mate
One of the biggest disappointments in our soccer history. I believe very strongly that he was over aged not a youngster that we were made to believe. I think that both Nigeria and Ghana were cheating in those days in youth football. Now the truth has caught up with us.
It was always a pleasure watching him...Manison from usa
Dan I am watching you in London. Nice to have Awudu with you. A talented player.
