Lapland Day Two | Dec 2021 | Husky Rides, Sledging and meeting Santa at The Snow Village!!

- Join us as we spend the day at The Snow Village Kittila, Finland. We enjoy a ride with the huskies, meet Santa 🎅 and a short snow mobile ride in convoy. The children have lots of fun sledging and playing a little snow football. The ice hotel & ice bar were also a highlight of the day. We had the most magical day and would highly recommend a visit here when in Kittila, Lapland. 💚✨

Gaz, Christi and Seb, it looks like you all enjoyed a Winter wonderland! I was up there with a friend and two Finns end August 2019. The locals were intrigued to know why my friend and I were wearing shorts! Swallows were feeding young near the Santa place at that time, so the weather was warm. I recall the achingly expensive cost of drinks in Finland! I enjoyed your vlog and good luck with your future endeavours!👍

We definitely didn’t get the opportunity to wear shorts but saying that it did warm up on our last day it was only minus 3 😂😂 nothings changed regarding the prices on drinks it’s still very expensive, we have plenty more vlogs to come hugh and your lovely comment is really appreciated 💚

What a magical experience. The snow village was superb. Did they say how long it takes to make it ? There seems to be something for everyone. Great filming of the huskies Gaz, would love to have seen their "offspring" ;-)
Thelma we are really lucky to experience all these amazing things and we feel so blessed 💚 the snow village takes about 2 months to construct but they are constantly maintaining it. There really was something for everyone, but I think the huskies had the best time that day 😂😂

Vlog & 2 ride POV’s (husky & Snow Mobile) 🥶🥶sweet vlog guys- that Ice hotel is something else- amazing place- totally off subject now as Florida related- for a first trip what hotels on I-drive would you recommend- flights are sorted for Feb next year but unsure where to stay & if it’s worth the extra bit to stay at a universal hotel or not on the first trip😵💫😵💫 my mind is blown by everything on offer
Thanks for watching Craig 🙌🏻🙌🏻 we are the worst people to ask because we love cabana bay so much and would always stay there 😂😂 we have stayed at the Rosen inn on I drive and it was lovely and a great location but when you’re at cabana bay you are immersed in the magic constantly and it feels great. The beauty of Cb is also the fact you can walk to volcano bay and there are free shuttle buses every 5 minutes to the parks. I told you I was biased 😂😂
@@theincrediblewilsons im leaning towards being on site if im honest and Cabana Bay was top of the list - i asked Andrew and he hasn't stopped on I-drive or near and i know The Despicable's have stayed on & Off Universal - takes me a week to recover from 1 day at the UK theme-parks so unsure how long im going to be out of it for 10 days in a row😂😂

As far as we can remember we booked everything separately 😊one thing really wished we would of booked was the proper husky rides as we only did a taster session, thanks for watching 💚
How did u choose we're finding it so hard between all the laplands for next Christmas. Can you help we've so far looked at Rovaniemi and Saariselka. Hope to see u in Tenerife this xmas out n about
We was so lucky because our friends booked the holiday and we tagged along 😂😂 only 6 weeks until Christmas we need to get it booked 💚
