Delightful playing. An almost Impressionistic second movement makes for a superb contrast to the outer pieces. I have made arrangements of the Three English Dances but I wouldn't touch these, they are far too well crafted for the piano.
As a concert pianist I'm delighted to record English works and recently recorded Cyril Scott's Lotus Land.. I love the Quilter pieces and must put them on an upcoming album. Just glorious. and well played by Mr. Norris. My album is PIANO CLASSICS FOR REFLECTION.. Check my channel out for excerpts or you may purchase from Itunes, Cdbaby or Amazon. Thanks.
Delightful ! A nice discovery. I only knew Quilter's songs.

It took him 6 years to compose it... damn we composers life
no, 2 days 6 years apart - in fact he spent only half an hour in total
What strange sorcery is that second piece? Bewitching....
