You know the property bubble has gone too far when you hear prices from seven years ago and think "nice bargain" when in fact said prices were already inflated.

They literally bought in the bottom of the market and you’re saying they paid too much. The prices were already low!!! The only way the prices could go was up. They’re not going to decrease lol
2009 episodes with 2009 prices, HOWEVER, my late dad was from Ealing, my late mom was from Chiswick and my BFF and I were born in Isleworth! All of my places in one episode. Funny they're posh now and expensive, when my parents came from poor parents. Moved away in 1964 but BFF is still there❤

The flat they chose was unrealistic, smaller than the 2nd flat, now they are engaged, look miser and bought a rundown home, where he doesn't want to get his hands dirty. There is trouble in paradise
