Makes sense they broke up. They have different visions in life. Jana is a teenage girl hung up on the teenage social scene. Georgie is separating himself from his genius younger brother by rejecting academics and concentrating on work.
Jana is too focused on fantasy while Georgie is moving on ahead. We can see how the latter ended up!
Broke up with Georgie because they couldn't go to prom and be voted as "most likely to stay together"
Jana's logic confuses me
She’s is a chick, no understanding them.
That's the logic of a kid in high school. It confuses you then you are not of their age i guess
@@davidedbrooke9324 She had an ideal visual in her head that she wanted to be prom queen and her guy would be prom king, and Georgie's dropping out decision was hurting that visual.
She broke up because he dropped out of school, because they were both drifting apart, their separate life paths were the reason.
@@Baneen1989 kinda shallow!
Dr Sturgis is the best. He used to break boundaries on paper. Now he breaks social conventions by being the embodiment of IDGAF by doing and enjoying whatever he likes. You be you sir.
"Education doesn't make you a smarter or better person. It does make you a person with choices."
And...
"Anybody can make money. Not everyone can make a difference."
Words from my grandfather.
4:30 definitely dint see that coming 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tries one more desperate offensive and if sadly comes to a halt :(
And he ended up a very successful businessman. Kudos for Georgie.
Outcome bias. You would not have supported him, had the show not been a prequel.
@@val-schaeffer1117 you don't know that
@@bruceg.6282 Viewers know, and that influences their perspective, i.e. appraisal of Georgie. He ultimately becomes successful, so his fart is also good. Classic outcome bias.
He became a top notch tire dealer!
@@bruceg.6282 Exactly. You support him (in the prequel) because what he became (in the original)
dr. sturgis singing, humming air supply...great...
Quite a bit of foreshadowing when the principal handed Georgie that teen pregnancy pamphlet.
"Oh take it, you'll need it"
Georgie and missy make this show so much more entertaining
To me she’s the immature one, majority of your life will be work, he gets dumped because of this, and what’s with the stupid senior year king and queen.
It’s what happens in high school proms
I know most are supportive of Georgie but he just had to wait another year and complete his diploma. It will open up more opportunities for him. There's a risk that the "experience" he gotten wouldn't work out. There's also the ceiling. It's not like he's quitting high school for another "for sure" pathway.
I mean in lore it ended up working out for him very very well
@@CHEF-yh4cx I wonder where u live
Nope. He became a successful millionaire. Had he stayed In school who knows what would've happened. Do not judge especially if u are/were wrong
@@angelcadena8052 nah you're speaking from hindsight and after having the right answer, then you declare what I said "wrong" when I was trying to engage in what-ifs. I know he's a millionaire now. But removing the hindsight, not knowing what you know now, is my comment viable? Of course it is. Many people went thru highschool and become millionaires. Maybe Georgie could have been more successful had he completed highschool!
@@NN-br2xh no lol you learn everything important in the early years of schooling, after that the euclids geometry or pythagorus theorum isn't gonna help in the buisiness
1:52 brilliant foreshadowing.
“They can’t vote for you if you’re not senior”
I’m not upset that they broke up but I’m upset how they broke up. I always wanted Georgie to dump Jana
why would he, she was easy to get and easy to keep...
like he's not trying hard to keep her.
@@hatemymailbox because she was clingy and jealous
@@bluepika1618 ///MOST OF THEM ARE!!!!!
@@hatemymailbox no reason in particular, just asserting the dominance and showing that thot who's the boss LMAO
honestly I agree they should break up but he should at least finished highschool
She's the one that's immature. Her world will probably collapse everytime things don't go her way.
Take me backNoDangit!
Everyone's talking jana's breakup and no one heard that old man saying he missed getting shot at when he got married ? 😂
Georgie dodged a big ass bullet literally as well as metaphorically.
Ohow... She's a good influence!😍
1:54 after watching last Thursday’s episode… 😳
Ye 😂 they told us and we didn’t know
“You have no defense, you’re an idiot.” -Meemaw
Dale is a picture of me in 40 years.
YOU WANNA GO GET A BURGER YANK !! HAHA !! 🤣🤣🤣
I THOUGHT THAT GEORGIE WOULD GO BACK TO SCHOOL SO THAT HE COULD GET JANA BACK AFTER A COUPLE OF EPISODES,I GUESS NOT,NOT EVEN A BOOTY CALL!!!!! LOOKS LIKE THEY WROTE JANA(AVA) CLEAR OFF THE SHOW!!!!!
Georgie:Take me back.Jana:Nope.Georgie:dang it
Hey it's her loss not his. Georgie was doing good for himself.
Georgie (Jerry ODonnel) goes on to marry Mystique (Rebecca Romijn).
was this something that happened in the Big Bang Theory?
@@matthewrivera5923
Not really. Jerry ODonnell married actress Rebecca Romjin in real life. Rebecca Romjin played mutant villain Mystique and another character in the series Ugly Betty.
As far as I know Rebecca Romjin never appeared in BBT at all.
@@larrytruelove8659 Georgie is played by Montana Jordan.
@@matthewrivera5923
I spelled Jerry O’Connell’s name wrong in the other post.
On Big Bang Theory, he’s played by Jerry O’Connell, the adult Georgie.
Teen age Georgie, in the Young Sheldon is played by Jordan Montona.
The same character, one is played by a teen ager-ish actor, the adult version is played by Jerry O’Connell. He’s married with a family. He was in TV and movies before Jordan Montana was born.
You know this/that is all fictional right? No idea why I'm commenting on this, but just have to point this out...
Everyone was cheering n happy for their break up. Usually that is a cold thing to do but in this case absolutely not. Jana was immature n stuck in a high school mind(seniors together. King n queen). Absolutely ridiculous. Prom is not important like a job/career is
"Kendi hundi si" fits here soooo well.. Indians guys! Like if you agree 😂😂
1:49 - 1:57
Georgie should have taken that pamphlet.
Principal Peterson had no idea how right he was.
He…. did.
@@trollwayy5981
I forgot but I rewatched the scene a few times, yes Georgie was smart enough to take the pamphlet but not smart enough to read it or learn anything from it or after he and Jana had a pregnancy scare which fortunately for them both was negative. And now he's got Mandy who's more than ten years older than him knocked up.
Georgie didn't wash his hands. Lol ew
Well I guess the girls are not intrested in boys with no school. That's why Jana dumped Georgie after hearing that he dropped out the school.
Jesus Loves all of you guys
Shut up
@@steiner554 Do you believe in God, Steiner?
@@steiner554 Well yeah, I do agree Santa, tooth fairy and whatever is fiction as you said, but how come God is fiction as well? I'm not quite sure what you mean by that
@@steiner554 while agree that Santa is bull crap there is too much evidence of a higher power to deny it. Think of a phone for example, someone had to put it together for it to work right? Therefore in order for you to work someone had to design you. And let's be honest, the human is much more complex than than a phone. No amount of luck or evolution could explain the intense organization of the world. I'll agree most christians are full of nonsense and don't preach what's actually in the bible. But to doubt the excistense of God is foolish.
@@steiner554 I mean I can say the earth is flat...but anyone in their right mind would say that's a foolish opinion. May I ask why you don't though? What brought you to that conclusion?
First advice, don't get a gal who cares about prom queen and king other than you. Otherwise, they don't deserve you. Get a gal who cares about you. I found boring with this Jana and Georgie storyline
She wasn’t even that good looking anyway
