Great video! I love your tip about using French terry instead of wovens. I made a cardigan out of French terry, but it was a loose style and the white underside of the terry showed. It didn't look that great. I realized watching yours that the fabric would still be okay for a more fitted cardigan. Great sew along!
Hi. So i have a question: i tried this pattern with the back darts and it was fine, but, i am ready to make another one, and i am wondering if is possible to make it without the back darts?🤔, i want a straight shaped jacket this time. Can i do that with this pattern?.🤔.
Yes, you could remove the darts. Here is an article about the process: www.picolly.com/how-to-remove-waist-darts-from-a-skirt-pants-pattern-pattern-modifications-adjustments
This video will help with ANY cardi pattern, thank you, so clear!
Thank you -- yes, I think you're right -- it applies to other similar patterns 🎉

What pattern did you use for your jumpsuit in the photo? It looks fantastic!
Thank you! I used Sonia Estep's Hollywood pattern:

Don't you need to stabilize the shoulder seams on a knit garment so they don't stretch out of size?
Yes, for a stretchy knit, that would be wise. This terry has very little stretch.
What type of French terry did you use? Cotton with no other component?
It is 86% cotton and 14% polyester with the slightest degree of stretch in warp and weft.
