you thought for a second. this was your chance to be known, everyone to fear you. just as you always wanted and intentioned to do when the leader of the kingdom would've fallen. you stared at the corpses around your feet. so many deaths... for what ? fire spread everywhere as the witch maniacly laughed, her glance as evilsome as sin, blood on her red gown. you picked up an ax and quickly rose it above your head,and hiting the witch hard with it in the head. the next thing you see, things are back to normal and your back to your normal life....

I over analyze everything, but this is one song that I feel like I can’t understand. At first I thought I was about putting walls up, that “if you wanna break these walls down you’re gonna get bruised” and “they’ve got the kingdom locked up. And maybe the old man on the throne was a conscience or something? But a lot of it doesn’t add up
I read somewhere that she wrote this song to describe what it feels like to work in the music industry, at least from her pov - she was at the beginning of her career back then so she may be seeing things differently now idk.
idk if this is true tho, I found this theory a few years ago and I don’t even remember where lol
