I hate the direction they took. Suicide Squad could have taken a more grounded approach, where they actually act like each villain does. Harley doing backflips, stealing cars etc. Instead, she is jumping 1000 feet with no fall damage, shooting a gun like she's in fortnite.. What the heck.

Honestly I’m in the minority here when I say this but I’ve been playing it and I really like Midnight suns. Its different. Its its own thing. Its not better than GOTG or other MARV/DC games on the current gaming era but at least with MMS it had a nice concept, the story was actually interesting and fun, focused a lot on all of the actual real Marvel characters in the teams universe as well as your own created character, the storyline graphics are quite nicely animated and the character designs and outfits are bloody beautiful! Most of the voice actors are fine to and what I absolutely loved about it was them bringing Yuri Lowenthal back to do the voice of Spiderman like in the Insomniac ones he done. Lowenthal is what I believe to Spiderman as what Kevin Conroy was to Batman.Its the gameplay itself being a tactical one which for popularity reasons is not a hit and maybe some of the repetitiveness also. It pisses on Gotham Knights and Avengers if I’m honest. Gotham Knights might be the worst one but Avengers the biggest disappointment with how good that looked and could of been. Not played Suicide Squad yet. All the other Marvel/DC Arkham games we’ve had have been good or solid

Origins is still my personal favorite, despite not being the best. The christmas atmosphere, the detective part of things, the bossfights, the story. I replay it pretty often during holidays.
Both games have four playable characters. The comparison would have been even better if you showcased that instead just Batgirl vs the entire Suicide Squad. Especially since Nightwing's traversal looks similar to Harley's.

Both of DC's Arkham successors failed miserably (one of them is even by the same studio!) The true successor here is the Insomniac Spider-Man games where they take a beloved superhero and give them the open world triple AAA treatment with their own take on his story, villains, and side characters

Before both games were released, I said Gotham Knights would turn out bad, but I thought Suicide Squad would be really good because Rocksteady made it. It's a shame I was wrong about it.
Gotham knights is a mediocre game, but it tries to be faithful to the style of the Arkham series (Despite not being in the same universe). It had a low budget and it shows, but has a lot of cool characters, moments and details. On the other hand, the Suicide squad game feels like the devs were forced to follow a manual about how to create a generic game as service multiplayer game, while having a really big budget behind.
I liked Gotham knights the fighting is not the same as Knight but i understand that they tired to make the game more different than Arkham but they did tried very hard to keep many of the Arkham visuals similar and i really appreciate that i think the fact that the story kinda takes place in another universe and it's in no way connected to Arkham storyline is what made many people upset but i think its a good game period

With more than 40 hours of gaming (and those I still have to play) with a computer "Nvidia RTX 4090 Asus ROG - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X - 64GB DDR5 RAM - 4K Ultra Settings - 120fps" and having previously played "Batman Arkham Knight "With complete certainty "Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League" looks much better.
Story and missions wise gotham knights is much better but it's gameplay is so ass I just can't play it + fixed 30fps is a dealbreaker. Suicide squad clears easily in the gameplay department but the repetitive missions with only 3 villain types is such a shame.

Before both games were released, I said Gotham Knights would turn out bad, but I thought Suicide Squad would be really good because Rocksteady made it. It's a shame I was wrong about it.
People are way too harsh on Gotham Knights. Once it got patched, it's a solid game. Especially seeing how Suicide Squad turned out
Gotham knights is a mediocre game, but it tries to be faithful to the style of the Arkham series (Despite not being in the same universe). It had a low budget and it shows, but has a lot of cool characters, moments and details. On the other hand, the Suicide squad game feels like the devs were forced to follow a manual about how to create a generic game as service multiplayer game, while having a really big budget behind.
I liked Gotham knights the fighting is not the same as Knight but i understand that they tired to make the game more different than Arkham but they did tried very hard to keep many of the Arkham visuals similar and i really appreciate that i think the fact that the story kinda takes place in another universe and it's in no way connected to Arkham storyline is what made many people upset but i think its a good game period

ppl talking about shark not swimming in water, tell me a single reason why mechanics wise swimming in water is important for the game to have when the entire game is set within the city, and the traversal system is almost faster than fast travel, why should the devs waste more time and resources and implement swimming for a single character
Honestly this side-by-side actually made Suicide Squad look good for once. Particularly in art style and overall presentation, Gotham Knights is bland. I know it's popular to hate Suicide Squard right now but seriously, Gotham Knights is ugly as sin.

I like the way Gotham is designed in Gotham Knights, thick coloured fog shrouding every building

With more than 40 hours of gaming (and those I still have to play) with a computer "Nvidia RTX 4090 Asus ROG - AMD Ryzen 9 7950X - 64GB DDR5 RAM - 4K Ultra Settings - 120fps" and having previously played "Batman Arkham Knight "With complete certainty "Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League" looks much better.

Story and missions wise gotham knights is much better but it's gameplay is so ass I just can't play it + fixed 30fps is a dealbreaker. Suicide squad clears easily in the gameplay department but the repetitive missions with only 3 villain types is such a shame.
It's notable that Suicide Squad is the best at everything. Its only flaw is that it is completely online and does not have a campaign.
