I’m trying to get into a routine of wash day . How many times do you wash your hair per month ? Do you have a calendar to when is wash day ? Bc I do it randomly but I wanna get into a routine
I just do it whenever my hair tells me to tbh lol. I feel like you can tell when your hair needs to be washed vs just refreshed or cowashed. Don't feel like you need to do it on a schedule.
I wash my hair weekly (because i'm low porosity so I'm prone to buildup) unless my hair is in a protective style such as the one it's in now (passion twists). I do a full shampoo every first Sunday in the month and then I cowash for the remaining weeks of the month (unless I have a lot of build up where i would then shampoo twice a month). I deep condition twist a month (the type of deep conditioner depends on what my hair needs. I'm protein sensitive so I have different types of DC) and that's about it.

I bought the brand last night. It was over $200 though which is fine. My curls didn’t pop out like yours. Could be my hair texture. Yet again I didn’t have my detangler brush at the time. I’ll try again with other methods but same products. I really like the double quencher also!

The thirst quencher is 🥰 . the oil/ cream will keep your curls from wash day to wash day. And I STUNT in the shower gel. The definition is like “don’t talk to me”!!!!! Oh it’s worth it. I’m just saying.

I wash my hair every Sunday in the winter. And cowash every other day in the summer. And I use products according to what I feel my hair needs.

I do a full shampoo every first Sunday in the month and then I cowash for the remaining weeks of the month (unless I have a lot of build up where i would then shampoo twice a month). I deep condition twist a month (the type of deep conditioner depends on what my hair needs. I'm protein sensitive so I have different types of DC) and that's about it.
Next time it go on sale I will buy it.
