Walks are damp, will cost too much foe repair. Overall it will cost close to a brand new flat. So why compromise on the age of the property. Furniture is old and mattress are used, so anyways it's useless. Electronic gadgets if 15 yrs old are totally obsolete, no point getting them. Quote is way too high. Probably no bank will provide loan. If the price would have been close to 1cr, it might have been considerable.
