@@Keithlynd_The damn "Monster Hunter claw grip" is maybe the single biggest reason I could never fully get into the series until it went back to consoles.
I don't know how people suffered through that given the amount of time many spend on those games.
I mean, Mio lost her joint jelly on her finger because she play too much Splashtoon. Joint locked is more normal than that
@@Zeik56 My first Monhun experience was Monster hunter 3 Ultimate, iirc, on the 3ds and fighting monsters underwater with the claw grip was something else. I was honestly surprised when it went to console that there weren't underwater battles.

@@genryu_strike7992 Soloing Fatalis is a lot more impressive since it's the literal final boss monster and it's a very hard fight. Alatreon's actually not that hard to solo but back then, people were seething with that monster because it needed elemental damage to counter its gimmick and no one wanted to swap out of their physical/blast damage builds for even one hunt.

Nah this is a thing that happens when you play games like that. The claw grip makes your hand just stiff in ways a hand isn't supposed to for long periods of time. Same reason I don't recommend people play Sakurai's Kid Icarus game without the pro controller.
Heck I wouldn't recommend playing Smash for long periods of time.
