Unfortunately, I haven't had time to explore them yet, because as always Klei releases the betas when I'm doing my tests, besides not having explored Wortox deeply yet, so this video is just a preview, the skill tree is still basic, in this video I used the skill that makes clones, the jar ones, the ones that make souls dance and the one that gives speed when teleporting (I don't remember the name of any of them lol) With pure horror and brilliance in his inventory, Wortox can deal up to 85 damage to Fw.
Knabsack is primarily useful for picking up stuff en masse, especially for farming, much faster than lazy forager. Idk why other ppl are hating on it just because of its damage.
It's basically a dark sword once you get a few soul jars. I got the two needed in the first autumn, and now can do 68 damage with just some silk. That's a win in my book.
Why are people hating on the damage tho? It’s pretty much a cheap dark sword with some good utilities. I wouldn’t mind for it to have some inventory space. But it’s good even as is.
Hell yeah man im really happy that my main got new skill tree, amazing design, skill need some reworks but its great. And damn u fast with this video XD nice fight
@WanderingNecoArc of course, the jars as a skill are fantastic, needing to cram your inventory full + having 5 jars also to get a slightly better darksword? Doesn't seem worth.
@@zathrox10Unless they changed it again since I played last night, you only need 2 jars now instead of 5. Damage scales up to 100 total souls, and you get 5 additional souls before overloading per jar.
@@zathrox10 I got the 2 jars in my first autumn. Don't feel the need to make more. Honestly I'm never gonna go through 110 souls before refilling with some spider massacre. I really like that Wortox doesn't need to care about food basically at all.
With how fleshed out and diverse Wortox's tree is, it makes me sad for Walter. The boy is reduced down to just sling + Woby, none of his boy scout, bee allergy, fearlessness, etc. was taken into consideration. All we have is ammo and worse ammo, unrewarding and unintuitive training system. The Slingshot upgrades are really nice though.
@@littlesunshine270 i just hope they’ll make his ammo cooler, cause i know a wormwood can one shot dragonfly with lunar sword now, so it’s kinda sad to see walter left behind. idk why they’re trying to make every character a late game monster though.
I feel like he’s surpassed Wanda now. Dirt cheap map teleport for himself and the team, decent damage, generates his own food and aoe spammable healing. His naughty tree is also very good at dealing single target and aoe damage for farming souls.
I wish he could do more damage lol. I know he's a support character tho so it's fine. His light seems to be maximized for qol and support tho which is way better than his dark side.
when "skills" rained down on Earth this guy got it all by usjng wortox's sack stealthily at night. Beware skilled fellows, Wameslarii will loot all your skills (ig)
The biggest disappoint for me, is not giving the ability to teleport to the caves, like, wortox can hop through dimensions, why not let him teleport to the caves? He is literally in constant just because he wants to, he can leave whenever he wants.
Do you know how easy it is for him to farm an ass ton of souls now? If you got a bee hell biome or a bunch of spider dens, he can mass farm souls in literally seconds now thanks to piercing souls. So yeah, he’s like Wanda, but a lot more powerful because how dirt cheap the souls are now.
meh, wortox has always been good but his skill tree is underwhelming to me, some skills are decent some are whatever, i'd appreciate more creativity i'm not a wortox main and this skill tree didn't convince me to play wortox so far
@@alonsom.6661 yeah the good side kinda sucks in solo, probably the good things are the perk that you get for being more good, and the second healing you get
There's nothing that will convince me to use the knabsack as it currently is. His naughty skills are so all over the place it's just bad :( Litterally no incentive other than the soul urns for the naughty tree
@@dundun26 Yeah, fair. I've been playing around in the beta to test things out and there's still some redeeming qualities in the first few skills of the naughty tree but nice is so op, Klei gonna have some balancing to do. Like an upgrade for the urn to catch souls when cap is reached for exemple. Because there's no way i'm carrying 5 urns to buff the stats of the Knabsack; there's enough good weapon without bothering with it

That's actually so cool, pure horror is easy to rush so is actually cool we can get planar damage in early game
why you equip/unequip the yellow amulet?
It‘s really nice how the souls can snowball on the woven shadows💪🏼
i’m just sad it’s not maxwell and wx but congratz to wortox and walter mains for getting their skilltrees

I really don't like the naughty side, needing to have 5 inventory slots filled with jars feels really bad design.

I mean the jar are absolutely better than carrying bees tho, but yeah I can see it like a bad design
