If you've switched from a cheap brush to the higher quality brushes, you would never say "a brush is a brush." I'm convinced the people saying this have never tried a torino pro or similar brushes and are just trying to reason not wanting to spend the money on them.
A good way to work on the crown is with a comb. Idk how, but a comb did me a lot of Justice overall with my waves. Connections, depth, crown swirl, etc. I didn’t have a curve brush when I first started so the comb was needed. Now I slacked off the comb bc it started making me brush less & I lost progress after a cut lol. I’m back tho. Good video tho 3WP. Your comb & brush methods works. I use it & my hair kinda curly
