As an M1911 owner, I think the first 2 games and MW2019 (For the bass, mag sounds, and release sound, not the actual shot sound.) are the most accurate sound-wise. From the mag's sliding sound to the slide release to the shots themselves.
Completely forgot how beautifully punchy weapons were in MW 2019, It's like I can feel the immense pressure that the bullet creates while leaving the barrel.
As someone who shoot 1911’s all my life, mw2019 takes the cake for best guns in any game ever. The recoil is exactly like how I handle it. Simple amazing shout out to the youtuber hyper who made the animations in mw2019.

The Cold War 1911 is the same deal, they’re both louder in warzone than their respective games because in their respective games their sounds are ass and are downgraded If you listen closely the sounds on both 1911s from their respective games and warzone also changed. The same can be said with every other Cold War and vanguard gun in both their games and the versions in warzone

BO3 Pretty lame. The gun is a reskin of the MR6 but somehow worse. The sounds are ugly, the reload animation is trash, and the fact the gun stays so still while firing looks weird af. Edit: I haven't played Vanguard for obvious reasons, but the M1911 or "1911" thanks to copyright looks the same as it's predecessors. The M1911 does appear in some of the other games, too. Like it makes cameos in MW3 and Ghosts being held by Price. Another in a BO4 Specialist cutscene.
Technically the most realistic one is the best one. You can have a favorite, but that's not what these comparisons are about. MW2019 has the most realistic in in every single way

My favorite pistol the M1911. I use this pistol every time. Good stopping Power. I did a triple kill in cod mobile two days ago. This gun is definitely worth it. I keep using it to this day. Respecting the elders. Everything has its benefits
