I don't want a career oriented woman for a wife because I don't equate career with success, especially for women. In my view, a career oriented woman is an unsuccessful woman and I find her very unattractive. A woman who values family and motherhood as her primary goal is to me a successful and attractive woman. It has nothing to do with insecurity. It has to do with rejecting the notion that women should adhere to masculine ideas of success (career and money).
