That stretch of road is very busy compared to a few years ago, we spent lots of time fishing around there, when they were building "Port of the Island" the canals were prime fishing spots, now it's all being built up and developed with gated communities ect. Thanks Brad.

If you have an issue with fish biting the tail off your lure you can tie your line to a sewing needle or straightened out hook and run it through the back and out the front then tie your hook on the back end. Nice surprise for that sneakin stinkah😏🎣

I have fished from Titusville FL down the east coast, across highway 41, up the west coast to Crystal river then back across the state to Titusville a very long time ago the last time was in the late 60's or early 1970's. The bait and the type of fish you catch is so different from back then, we used mostly live bait and caught mostly large mouth bass, bream, snook and small tarpon no exotics. I do miss it I hope I to fish in FL where I was born at least one more time before I am gone from this life I am going to Titusville in 2025 for my Astronaut HS 50th class reunion might do some fishing while I am there.

Man, in that environment, you need to use some extra tough big game mono. That braid is expensive and breaks when it touches hard surfaces. You guys use hi $ lures too. You'd be surprised how strong 17 kb xt line is. You lose a few yards on casting distance, but you'll land more fish
