  • BUBBLING SPRING MINERAL BATH
Spring Mineral Bath was known by the locals as "Boiling Spring" or "Healing Stream". The reason for the name Boiling Spring was because the sand at the bottom of the water always seemed to be bubbling up. The name Healing Stream came from the water's mineral properties known to cure many illnesses such as arthritis pain, back pains, swollen feet and much more.
The spring has been used by the surrounding communities for over a century.
Bubbling Spring is ideal for ailments such as arthritis pain, back pain, swollen feet, headache, pain in the knee, pain in the hip, and for recreational purposes.

This place is very interesting. Loads of mineral in that water. It so wonderful that St. Best is in the valley.
Trelawny and manchester are at a higher altitude which makes it interesting. With all of the water running from the cockpit country of Trelawny and Manchester pooling in st. Best.
St. Best is somewhat undiscovered and could be one the island's wealth of natural fresh, wells and spring water sources.
