This video has gotten many more views than expected, so I'll give a little context. Ruthie is a 12year old hound mix rescue. She has been diagnosed with cushings disease for about 1.5years and 8 days ago her health took a dive. On September 9th her urine turned dark brown with a tinge of green, she stopped eating, trembles, and had no energy. After a trip to the emergency vet and multiple trips to our regular vet we discovered her liver was in extremely poor health due to a cyst on her gallbladder that had also torn the gallbladder. She's on multiple antibiotics, liver supplements, and pain meds. Due to her age and underlying conditions, surgery really isn't an option. I took this video to share with my Vet to show how extremely well she is doing just a week later, despite everything going and only a grim prognosis for the near future.
