Tbf this is the historical old town (Altstadt) of Graz, which is indeed a jewel, but north, south, west and east it is also has - like any city today - post-war concrete buildings and said postmodern buildings, which have no beauty and no soul. Google "Graz Kunsthaus" or "Graz Art Museum" and you will see what abhorent monstrosity they build within the (still old) new city.

My mother comes from Untersteiermark (Lower Styira) This land was German for 1000 years, even most of our people had German as their first language... After WW1, war criminals in Belgrade came to our land and stole it. This is how Yugoslavia was created... They killed or expelled thousands of Germans. Life in Yugoslavia was so horrible, that people in Lower Styria needed to change their German surnames to Slavic ones... For example "Heindler" became "Hajndler" or "Fritz" became "Fric" Everything that was German was hated in Yugoslavia, even if our Styrian people always had German origin and German culture, German mentality, German surnames... After WW1 every Styrian, Krainer or Carinthian that described himself as German was sent to prison, expelled or even killed... Our northern brothers then liberated us in april 1941 and we were allowed to speak language of our ancestors again 🇩🇪 I am proud to be Styrian and i am proud of German origin of my ancestors. Slovenes, Germans and Austrians always had same Alp culture. Even our traditional dresses and traditional music are of same origin. This explains a lot that we share same German roots ❤️🇩🇪🇦🇹🇸🇮🇨🇭🇨🇿🇱🇺❤️

@Fabian Kirchgessner Because It's an interesting historical period. I am not a Nazi by all means but I am fascinated with this time period thus with music afflicted by it. National Socialist songs may promote racism, fascism etc. that's why they are hard to find anyhow they are still good-sounding. It's like with Soviet songs, but Nazi ones are banned; they may offend someone or not, but they aren't promoted as hate speech while some clearly attack certain groups of people (Like Bourgeois). These songs are a part of history, if we do not know our history we're bound to repeat it.
