Kartikswami Temple trek Uttarakhanda

Karthikswami temple is situated at Kanakchauri village in Rudraprayag of Uttarakhand. It is said that this temple is dedicated to Lord Kartik by Siva after a dwel between Ganesh and Kartik where Kartik lost and donated his flesh to Parvati and bones to Siva.
