Rice puff, chana dal, roasted sand peanuts, roasted chana, sev, onion, tomato, coriander raw mangoes. If u want gilla (wet) bhel then u hv to add mint green Chutni which is spicy and imli chutni for sweetness and extra flat churnchy puri used as spoon.

You do not eat Dosa in the north because it is a south indian speciality. While all the chats and chole bhature are north indian foods. If you go to mumbai or anywhere in maharashtra its vada paw. So each place has its own speciality. In Goa it is mostly goan style fish curry and likewise different regions have their own food speciality. Hyderabad is also a food destination and its famous for its Dum Biryani, Tala hu Ghost, Haleem , Khubani ka meetha and so much more. In Ahmedabad it is Bara Handi where you can get Paye and Zabaan, Nihari etc. Also the keeme ke samose aur kabab are famous in Ahmedabad Gujarat. Bombay you should visit MohammadAli Road for the best non veg mughlai and persian foods. Suleiman Usman Mithai ka famous Aflatoon is a must have. There are always two areas one vegetarian area and one non vegetarian area specially the muslim areas in all the cities.
