KAERU - Ho Etsu - The Hideout Inn

KAERU, or "to return" in Japanese, was written by Ho Etsu member Emily Harada. Inspired by her physical "return" from school and taiko in Hawaii, Emily sought to create a piece that would capture the feeling of returning home.
Performed by Emily Harada, Ryan Toguri and Jason Matsumoto with special guest Ken Yasui at Ho Etsu's 2017 anniversary concert held in Chicago's iconic music venue - the Hideout Inn.
