    Nice job on the pork butt! Man, it made me hungry watching. I have a different named smoker, and I wished it had an easier way to clean the fire pot. I am happy I can change pellets quickly. Great video 👍👍

    Did you double check the finish temp, tenderness with your Thermapen? Sometimes those built in probes can be off.

    Does it have to be the briskit brand pellets, or can you use other brands; say...Traeger pellets?

    You never mentioned how the grill performed did it hold temp your a good guy but disappointed on the video

      True I missed mentioning that, it holds temps well, very little fluctuation. I will do a video next week on hot spots and show some temp charts from the app next time. Thanks for watching and commenting.
