- 1995. www.discogs.com... Uncertain what mix this is, it's listed as the Everydub on the label but is different from the Everydub mix on other releases.

I Just wish we could get that time period back when you had Dj/ Dj Producers such as - Todd Terry, Kerri Chandler, Masters at Work, Blaze, Smack Productions, Bottom Line Records (Ed the Red & his Wife Nancy), Mood 2 Swing, Larry Heard, Grant Nelson, Todd Edwards, Lil Louis, Roger Sanchez, Ronald Burrell, Steve "Silk" Hurley, etc - all hungry & just starting out all over again, or they had only just put a few tunes. What a period for House & Garage music it was.
redjam40 The laying down of the foundations during that magnificent pivotal period. We were spoilt for choice.
That's some list you got there man, you have good taste 👌
I just wish guys like you with there never ending "those were the days and how I wish they would come back" well I just wish you go back and never come back. Amen

i guess it's pretty off topic but does anybody know of a good place to stream new tv shows online?
In reply to some comments, this version is on the UK 12" release: Talkin' Loud - 856 883-1, Talkin' Loud - TLKX 55; and is unique, in being the only fully instrumental (no vocals) track using the ingredients which later became 'The Bounce' by Kenlou. The myth that this is actually the 'Mel's dub' from the rarer promo (TLKDJ 90) is untrue, as both mixes on the promo feature vocals, as well as those unique beats. Oh & this is NY Garage, not Detroit.
Kevin Shipman Love the detailed information, thanks for your knowledge.
Gotta love someone that puts that much thought and detail into accuracy and backing it up.
At one stage in England from 1988 to 1993.House was so big that I pushed every thing aside. It was so big THAT pure & true HipHop Music was struggling to sell over here. All the media was over it. Dj's were being PAID huge sums of money from the Usa to play in our major cities, from Danny Tenglia to Tony Humpheries to Todd Terry to the Masters at Work.House & Garage music will never ever witness a time like it again.
redjam40 House was and still is the governor.
🎵 very funky vibes 👌🏽 really enjoyed listening to this 🎶 Спасибо !
I Agree 👍 The Baseline Reminds Me Of James Brown!
Послушай Kenlou - Bounce 😉
@@1BoxFighter Just checked it out, very funky track
Schoner Classic........................!!!!
this was the foundation for ..THE BOUNCE
agree
Its beautiful
makes sense
Especially the drums, yes. 😁
This mix is definitely the third track on the record pictured in the video. I'm not sure what it's supposed to be called, everydub or mels dub that doesn't really matter to me. But if you buy the record on the discogs link you get this mix and that's what's important. I have it here, just rocked it, only $3 which is a bargain
"if you buy the record on the discogs link you get this mix and that's what's important"
damn right. exactly the info i was looking for. thank you sir.
David Marroquin lmao whatup dawg
@redjam40 ...agreed 99% as I also loved the run up period from let's say '87 to '92 when the boundaries between hip hop, rnb, soul and house were comppletely blurred and there was soooooo much creativity!
Thomas Farmer Correct.
No doubt about it!
I have it on Vinyl so I am very happy ❤👌
OMG this brings me back to club havana amsterdam where dj johnson used to spin this joint.
Right on, sister, right on.
Beautiful synths 🙂
after asking myself which vinyl this version i liked was indeed release on, i see now that, this "everydub" version was included on the original release + the version i like of this seems to have been released later on in time on the incoginto remixed package.. that featured an allstarremix line up.
These are the tunes that made the fans of Jungle turn from Jungle and Drum and Bass to House music and Garage. We used to tell them all along to come on board from time.. but they never used to listen. But when they heard tunes... They took a second look I can tell you.... All the best dancers around "dropped foot" to this can tell you.
Beautiful
Label is the one pictured in the video, it's exactly the same as the 12" listed in Discogs under the same catalog #: Talkin' Loud TLKX 55/856 883-1. Cover is the same as pictured on Discogs too, it just came with two copies of the 12" and is large enough to fit both. Bought it secondhand from the Housing Works bookstore on Crosby St in NY. Not sure if you'd also find this version on the 12" with this cat# listed on Discogs, haven't checked. Like the idea of some intrigue tho!
To annoy my neighbours ? :))
There are so many good MAW mixes to play loud... ! ;)
MAW Energy is intense!!
Beautiful!
We made a site that goes through djsets and finds every track on youtube. Everyday (Master At Work Everyday dub) was played on CL Sessions 071 - Refuge - Spike & Lima. www.whattheyplayed.com/soundapi/tracklists/CL%20Sessions%20071%20-%20Refuge%20-%20Spike%20%26%20Lima__52951/ for the rest of the tracklist
@realdeeppro I have a weird UK double pack that contains two copies of the same 12", catalogue # is TLKX 55 and this track is definitely listed as the Masters At Work Everydub. However the track time listed on the cover for it doesn't match up (it says 6.37).
sweet lord
Getz my vote 😘😘🔊🔊🔊🔊🔊
YES SESSIONS IN EFFECT
Good to know. I thought "The Bounce" was the original. Awesome remix and this track is also off the hook! Is this really Incognito...? very different.
it was original of course it was original. it just happened as a result of working on this remix; creating the dub version of this incognito track led to it
great sound...
Muito bom esse deep dub....amazing cut from MAW !!
Tune!!!
Lets vogue!!!
Incroyable ! Je suis fan !!!
N1!!! Come on MAW!!!!
Gimme some maw of that maw, get the powder.......
Simply Remarkable track
4:20 love the build up/fade-over!!
me too. Havana is still upstairs, in my heart and soul
Estupendo... ;O)
Nuts
A tube that was just made for people to get up and dance. It Rocked then, and it rocks now.
House and Garage music best ever period was from 1990 to 1996, The Golden Period.
Cool Detroit sounds
TUNE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
made in Italy 12" promo doesn't contain this
It was indeed. It was amazing time for black/dance music - in fact it was a magical time. If you ask the Hip/Hop Heads of the time they are saying the same thing. They call this period of time from around the 1990 to 1996 - the Golden period of Hip Hop music as well. Go to any die hard hip/hop head and they will say the same - Marley Marl, Dr Dre,Pete Rock,Dj Premier,Beatminz,Large Professor,Rza,Prince Paul,J DILLA (* Was just getting into it via the of the MIDDLE 1990'S).
yo carl where are u brother ;)
@@ChrisNova777 I ma here Chris - I am here my friend
good
this track just perplexed me for some time , and after some brief research, i can safely say this is nothing but a really srtipped down version of the REAL good version i remember hearing on the dancefloor in 95/96 and that version is titled: Everyday (MAW Everyday Dub) has alot more vocal samples + sounds + foreground elements going on than this.. have a listen and youll understand:)
Opposite. Bounce = Bounce, 100% House that has lost all the subtleties. that makes this Everyday dub into a higher state of Abstract Garage. Can u feel it?
@@rudimentaal i just re-read this comment i left 6 years ago i dunno what i was trying to say tbh lol i probably heard someone cutting the track up with the other mixes of the song, bounce on a mixtape or something maybe thats why i rememberd it differently? or maybe i was right and there is another dub mix.... because now that i think about it i do remember a similar mix but it kept repeating the "Everyday" vocal sample.. this one doesnt do that.
maybe im thinking of one of the roger s mixes????
@@rudimentaal i was right; check this release www.discogs.com/Incognito-Everyday/release/818916 there was another DUB version other than this one; guaranteed thats the one i remember hearing
Mix this with Tyree-Acid Crash & go absolutely crazy!!! Lol
👍
@sandeep chatterjee -I am really confused. Do you know which exact version this is please?
Nope
👍😊❤️😍😎🎧🎧🎧
Is the rhythm of Lil Louis (vintage 12"mix) "Saved My Life" a blueprint for this Everydub?
Definitely
This sounds like a dub or alternative version of MAW -- "The Bounce"
Opposite. 6 months in advance of that Bounce.
you should play it loud.
;)
Now out as The Bounce (MAW Remix),played by Knuckles loads at the mo...
Io la consiglierei a qualsiasi locale o negozio :D
If I a music bar would totally bounce...dj teez 2019 new bar Ely Cambridgeshire. No fucking request shit.
vaiiiiii....
chunka
five*stars ...
This one just sucks. No musical value whatsoever. Not even the slightest resemblance with Incognito's orginal track.
Don't misunderstand me. I love MAW, but this one is just below level.
"sucks" seriously ? its not bad at all imo this is one of the best
shut up you bafoon. clueless.
A precursor to the BOUNCE? Later released on MAW's own label. Qq
