    Is there a video showing how you split the cases?

      I don't know if someone else made that one. It's the reverse of assembly, but easier. just be careful to not scratch the mating surfaces.

      @@BobKramer51 Splitting the cases is a bit intimidating! Would you mind taking a look at a few pictures of the cylinder wall and let me know what you think? I am currently rebuilding the heads,carbs, and master cylinders plus cleaning and lining the fuel tank. “Free” motorcycles are expensive!

      Maybe, but it does not seem to work that way.

    What was the reason for the Rebuild?

      Low compression on one side. Installed an overdrive tranny. Needed a valve job, etc...

      It requires a helper for sure. This is the third goldwing engine rebuild for me
