wouldn't you want your ugg blanket on the plane- so pack it in your hand luggage? Also maybe consider next time splitting clothing items and toiletries between the two suitcases, because say you lost one and not the other when you reach your destination, it would mean you may have all your dresses but none of your shoes!?
Not cringing at how you fold your clothes, but actually loving it cause, thats how I do it too and didnt think many others did it this way!
