I think this is (as of posting this comment) the tallest known and confirmed Armor installation, although it's certainly possible taller Armor installs exist in NYC.
I think maybe only the controller was replaced in 2007, as the fixtures look more 90s. Although some of the upper floor hall stations look a little newer & could be from 2007.
