Daisy Johnson one of my friends watched the first episode and hated it. Then I convinced him to watch it again and he binged seasons 1-3 on Netflix and is totally hooked! Mission success!
Congrats on mission success! For me it was the same, the first few episodes were a bit rocky but from then it's amazing and I was hooked

to be fair, season 1 was garbage compared to how it is now
+258Dandaman It's way better now, but I'm surprised he watched all of Season 1 and still wasn't interested. A lot of people watched 2 or 3 episodes and didn't like it, but the general consensus is that even viewers with higher standards should enjoy AoS if they skip to Episode 10 of Season 1.
If he only watched season 1, fine. But right now the show is honest-to-God as good as daredevil. This last season was pure heaven.

Clark Gregg is genuinely a great guy. He is kind, funny, and so well-spoken. Any story or answer to a question that he can tell is so eloquent and detailed that you have to stop and listen. I could hear his stories all day and never get tired.
So this is where the writers got the idea from to let Coulson be Ghost Rider xD

I don't get the fan who said he watched all of season one, then stopped watching. The season may have started out slowly, but the last 10 episodes or so (after the airing of "Captain America: Civil War") were frickin' awesome.
Sadly, a lot of scifi and action/adventure fans are more impressed with CGI special effects and seeing stuff getting blown up than they are with good story telling and character development.
im a sci fi and comic fan so i loved everything about the show and good character development is very important to give the show a solid feel . Im impressed with the way they keep upping the quality of the show every season and i never wants this to end . In fact i plan to buy blue rays and support this show any way i can .
I almost gave up watching 1st season , it was just too slow when they were still establishing the characters but I am so glad I stuck it out . The final episodes of season 1 were bomb . I loved season 2 the most , season 3 was ok but then they came back on fire with the LMD storyline season 4 .
I watched it when it aired as fan of the Marvel movies when I was younger and stopped since I was more interested in a bunch of CGI lol
When I decided to give it a try a year later I thought it was amazing, especially after the events of Winter Soldier it was amazing with all the character development

I started directly from the season 4 cuz of Ghost rider but then I finised all the seasons and it is the best show ever.

Having rewatched seasons 1 and 2 recently, I think season 2 is still my favorite season. It tested the OG six, and gave room for new characters like Mack, Bobbi, and Hunter, while also being allowed to dive into multiple storylines like Real Sheild, Hydra, Cal, Inhumans, Ward...
