I've seen people wear 24k necklaces and pendants they've had it for years. It looked good to me but yes it was a bit chunky. I'd be worried too if it was really thin.
Only non-Asians think 24 and 22k gold is too soft. All of Asia wears high karat gold without issue. Ive literally inherited 22k bangles that my grandmothers wore EVERYDAY for like 50 years. Lower karat gold is really just for affordablility.
As someone who dresses in Victorian clothing daily, I would say you can definitely wear a 24k pocket watch or collar stud or collar pin all the time if you want to, they’ll hold up fine.
Nah, i disagree becouse it scratches SO EASY and the tiniest fall will make a pretty noticable dent so yeah...i disagree it definetly not for every day use.
Is your necklace 18k gold? And what length is that? It’s a really good size.
Gold has a tendency to bend instead of breaking, when is actually very good in cases like this

Yeah, my only issue is how easily it scratches. Well, it would be if I wore gold, but I’m white as hell, so silver is my best friend.
22K is the best things. Same looks like 24K but more strong.

Throughout Asia, we mostly ware 22k or 24k.

“Heavy” lmao just say solid
Any thin enough will break any karat
Been wearing a 24k necklace for a WHILE now
I just don’t like the deep yellow color of 24k 18k or 14k have a way nicer shade of gold
It survives for 10 to 20 year with just 5 grams of it
How do you take that off ?
I wear my jewlery 24/8 itll last, but like most jewlery or anyrhing really it may need maintenance based on usage. 💯

24k can be hardened. Made stronger better
Hii sir
Only poor people think about this stuff. Rich people just know. That is why you don't deserve nice things; you've a worrisome, lacking mindset.
Just say u don’t got money
You can also harden the 24k gold. The result is an even more dense 24k 😮yet mucho better in all ways♟️🧩
