I think Phuket is much cleaner and much better organized than Bali. Phuket also gets much more tourists than Bali (Phuket got 9,9 million foreign tourist and Bali got 6,3 million foreign tourist on 2019)

You are right, I love Phuket! But Bali is cheaper, quieter and more peaceful.
