I found this channel about a year ago while going through a dark time after mutually agreeing not to be in contact with my twin flame. I’ve done extensive research, and somehow most of what’s out there on the internet never made sense to me. Watching a few videos where you talked about the actual spiritual journey, and how meeting this person is an actual catalyst for spiritual growth, just made so much sense, it felt right. I was in that dark spot for a bit, but eventually just decided to radically commit to myself, shifting the focus from the actual person to myself and myself only. I started meditating often, whether I wanted to or not. My life completely changed! Gradually, I started to experience inner peace more and more often, up until when it became my natural state. The pain from memories of moments we had together, and the obsession with desperately wanting him back in my life not matter what, were replaced by immense gratitude for having such an impactful time with him. I stopped “energetically” reaching out to him and sending him energy. Anytime I felt the urge to, I’d apply it towards myself instead.
After not being in contact for 2 1/2 years, he reached out to me out of the blue about a week ago. I applied what I learned throughout this journey, started noticing the mind coming up with all sorts of stories, and most importantly, made the conscious decision not to reply until I felt like I was in a place of neutrality. It took a few days (I would never have been able to wait in the past), and when I felt ready I did reply. We talked and then met up, and it just feels so different. It’s peaceful and there is this sense of oneness. I don’t know what the future holds for us, but I’m entirely not worried about it. I’m only focused on experiencing things as they come, and I trust that all is working out for my highest good, regardless of the outcome.
I’ve never actually done your paid coaching, Kurt, I’ve applied the teachings from your free videos. I probably will end up doing the paid coaching at some point, but for now, I wanted to let you or anyone reading this know that the stuff you teach is the real deal, it REALLY works! Thanks for putting your content on here! It has helped me as I navigate this journey a lot more than words can ever say!

Thankyou, this is really insightful, I have this deep knowing that at some point she will reach out again. I can feel that she feels the connection, I know she deep down knows that this isn't the ending for us. I just know that right now I am working through the attachment side of things in seperation and fully aware that I continue to polarise the emotions. My mind is telling me that I need to get her back, my soul if knowing that I have to balance out. Definitely going through the demise of the ego and pushing through to just being present and feel only love.
You have to detach if you want him back. Won’t get them when your obsessing. So focus on healing, meditate daily. Once you detach they’ll feel it energetically and come back

@@marymacthejourney I guess you have to stop thinking about them and just do you, focus on you, your health, your sould, your mind. Become a better person and be better with yourself without thinking and obsessing on what they could be doing, if they're with someone etc.
I am so glad the obsessive thinking has come to an end. Never experienced that about anyone before in my 40+ years of life and it started to become draining. I feel neutral or at peace now not sure exactly how to explain it but it's freeing 💖💖💖

"detaching from the other body" is literally just detaching from the mind. Still in the process. The obsessive thinking has definitely slowed way down. I still have moments of intense sadness and longing so I know I'm still in a separation mindset. (no judgement!) My challenge has been not to blame other body for what feels like "him leaving me." But instead bringing all that love that i poured into him back into my own physical being. Why does it seem so much harder to do that? 😮😢
I know that i AM him and he is me, yet my mind is still trying to catch up. 😅

I don't have any obsessive thinking of my twin flame anymore, i know I detached from him. There is knowing, that yearning is no longer there. How did this happen suddenly? It's like some magic, it's just so sudden. What is that? Some kind of feeling. It's just not with twin flame. Am feeling some kind of peaceful feeling in everything I do. It's just so beautiful.
But i wanna mention something here, when we ask divine for help it always shows you a way. The day before i found this channel I had been talking to the divine or universe whatever one can call it ( not crazy I just feel like universe is my best friend 😂) to show me way and what is going on, To understand my situation. And then next thing i know, cord cutting video from this channel has popped up on RUclips recommendation. And I got so much help.

I honestly think this is one of the best videos I’ve watched of yours. Thank you so much. Someone commented above to listen to our “intuition” or inner being on whether or not to contact or text them (in my case). But, I go against my needing space, etc. Because, I feel like I’m “ignoring” them. So, I end up texting them, anyway. And, that’s where most our rifts and “separations” come into play. He hates talking on the phone and as we all know, texts can be misconstrued. So, I’m desperate to get this balancing act right. 🤦🏼♀️🤦🏼♀️ And, of course, the majority of our separations are due to this. Our “fights” or disagreements are never in person. Literally, 99% of our times together are literallyyy perfect. We are a couple. We KNOW what we have. Of course, I’m the DF. The enlightened / intuitive one. He’s spiritual. But, doesn’t like these “deep” talks. Ironically though, it is him that started with all the spiritual verbiage. From the beginning of us. He’s told me to be the “woman” and to let him need the man. And, that I don’t have to “try” so hard. And, to just “let go”. He’s still telling me to just BE. He loves throwing the term Ying Yang around so loosely, too. AND. He’s a Virgo and I am a Pisces. So, his “logic” is very strong. Even though he said that he’s going to let it go with us and for our relationship. But, as all of here know… the struggle is real. He’s gotten me to surrender and break down so many walls. And, now, here we are dealing with him. Because, he’s the one still living with what i divorced years ago. It’s like history repeating and it’s triggering AF. Ugh!!!!! Oh! And, he’s said countless times, that we WILL be married. We both have the same feelings and KNOW. But, it’s the getting there. Sometimes I feel like it's less of a death of the ego, and more of a surrendering of it. I'll think I don't understand, or start doubting these things you just suddenly know, and once that starts, something inside just remembers and then my mind goes silent and accepts.
Haven't completely stopped thinking about my parallel incarnation but no longer obsessed thank goodness.

Be careful when you start to feel better.. and they come back in. You know when your NOT ready and yes they came back in… long story short the “obsessive thinking” came back. Not as bad as before but it still put me back in a pit . Don’t even think about it. When your intuition says “don’t respond” or “your not ready” LISTEN. Don’t do what I did. 😂 not even worth it at all…

Hence I won't be playing the game. I'm not interested in these cycles. Spiritual awakening can and does occur without a twin flame. I value my peace way too much. I also prefer a soul mate over a twin. And if that's not in my contract I'm happy to stay single, in peace with God.

hello Kurt. I have said bye to my TF. He is Divine Masculine, he should act like one. I dont care what he is, if he did the wrong thing and made me feel a certain way, that i cant get out of my head, when he is in my life its all i think about. I couldn’t take it anymore and let him go. it has been a long road to this point. putting up with his nonsense. i had enough. i refuse to do anything more for this so called TF thing. It’s all up to him now. And im not waiting. i dedicate myself to him but to do so, it doesnt matter whether he is in my life or not. i am his and he is mine no matter what. Does anyone have any problems meditating? I can do it in the day and I'm ok in the day not too much obsession... Then at night it's crazy! I meditate, sleep for about 30 minutes then wake up with the complete obsessive thinking! I can't switch off and I can't even meditate! It's driving me crazy every night I can't sleep properly 😢😢 I keep having these massive feelings from the heart space it's ridiculous 😮 honestly I've been reading the books.. being in the present moment etc
It's really hard to meditate when the obsessive thinking is there, the only thing that helped me at night with obsessive thinking is putting the phone close to my pillow and open Kurt's video or any other videos about the twin flame journey and how to align with soul and subliminals or anything you like , and in the morning I do the meditation, this helped me a lot in the beginning to keep my thoughts focused on the voice out side rather then the voice inside

About the massive feelings it's OK to have them it's your body releasing the fear you probably experience this when you are alone with your thoughts and that's the way you know that's these thoughts are always been there but they didn't have any effect but now you are releasing these thoughts with their feelings and just letting them go.

If you come to this realisation like I feel I have already. Do you just sit with that, experience it and then move on because I don’t think you can fully separate the mind and body and the thought processes from happening .We are the trio of all 3, soul, mind and body in our physical manifestation. I’m consciously aware of the emotion and then that makes me think . I don’t have to give it much more thought than that but it will still be present because I feel his state of mind everyday. So in a way if my DM is my soul and he is ! You can’t really separate their mind and body either as I can’t separate my mind and body. We are alive so i experience oneness with him. I experience the knowing on a strong psychic level. I also know he’s spiritually open as well. It’s extremely hard not to think in mind . He’s open to the mind concept and learning about it.

I wonder if I can just choose out of this "twim flame journey" (if I am even on one). What you're saying in some of your other videos that DM is completely oblivious to everything going on makes me even a little mad just like the fact he's not there for me at all. I would rather be with someone who is actually there for me when it's hard and that I CAN focus on. Maybe really a soul mate. Maybe this whole twin flame stuff is really way too idealized.

You can’t choose “out”. If your on this journey your on this journey. The only way to find peace was for me was to listen to what Kurt has taught. Honestly. It’s a painful journey. If you take his advice early on you can avoid a lot of that pain
I don't think the journey is idolized at all. It's not based on the regular rules of relationships as we learn about growing up. Soul mates are much more pleasant
@@mjey1 yeah I think I prefer a soulmate but maybe that guy I was thinking about is not my twin flame. We'll see if he reaches out when I'm completely detached. I might have attracted a soulmate now and probably prefer that. I do like to be able to feel something for someone without them running away like a twin flame does.
@@Blossom835 yes, I think we all prefer no running in theory but you will find healing work and wounds will come up with twins so a relationship can't be sustainable. When I think back to my emotional experience when I hung out with him for 2 months I was very accepting of everything but at the same time I was pushing for change so it was my issues of being tolerant of other people and not giving myself what I need, which is my wound of learning to allow love in and to put myself first which is the whole point of the twin flame experience for divine feminine. DM probably knew down deep I wasn't happy (even tho I felt a lot of happiness) and he had his own issues as well. When you get really honest with yourself you see that it's not a super compatible and sustainable situation. Soul mates meet you where you are at and support you and triggers are far less. It's easy. I met a soulmate when I was 19 and we were really close and had a good friendship for years but he was in love with me but I didn't have romantic feelings. I Tried to see if it would happen but it never did ...the point was was we got along really well and it felt easy and I felt supported and like we were two birds of a feather. When I texted him and I knew he would reply back. There was no anxiety. Twins for me are very elusive.

Isn,t it about the different levels of consciousness? On the soul level there is no separation. On a 3D level there is separation. We are here to unite these levels, I understand. Living as a soul in a body. So, what you mean is, that one soul can live in different bodies at the time? Without having to split. Do I understand that correct?
Eh i'm good without this physical person in my life. I don't care anymore. I've started dating other people. He's still with his gf so I don't care. I already know at this point he wasn't a TF. Just another platonic soulmate. If I have a TF, I hope I never meet him.
Separation is metaphysical right? Just like running/chasing is metaphysical? It's not even about being physically with them. It's about reuniting in consciousness, not the physical world. The physical world will follow suit. It all starts in the mind.

I have a question! If your twin flame is another reincarnation of your soul why are there only ever TWO in the same life time and never even more? Maybe 3 or 4?
It is theoretically possible for there to be more than two. I have students who think they have two. I haven't confirmed these yet, but it's not theoretically impossible...
