Step recording is nice if you want to create "arpeggios" because you can switch to the keyboard/chromatic view while in step recording and quickly type in the arpeggio sequence across the steps.
For other Digitakt users, it might help to explain Digitakt ‘Version number’ or put it in the description. The reason I ask this is I have the SE edition of the Takt and the printed descriptors below each knob or button is somewhat different from yours! Thank you for your time.
I've said it before but ill say it again. This is the best Digitakt series available
thank you so much for these. Invaluable.

Good point! I didn't realize the editions were different. I'll check it out. Thanks.
Oh wow I've had my Digitakt for years now and I didn't know there was a step sequencer
Excellent! Glad you're getting something out of these! :)

Love the sound at 10:00. Do you have a sample pack for this?
All of the sounds in these videos come stock with the Digitakt!
Can u select and edit the parameters on more than one step simultaneously? Thanks
Yep!
is there a way to quickly remove automation all at once?
Hi, how do I delete a live recording that I've done on top of an existing sequence?
I'm not exactly sure. I think if you do a live recording it would replace the existing sequence.
