Claimer: Chica is actully at the server room with the entity and comes if you take too long! Pin pls

That is how the entity mechanic works. If you leave your mask on too long he summons an animatronic to your location. If you take your mask off ASAP you never have to deal with the animatronics besides the scripted events.
Edit: she was there because she spawned before you entered the server room since you had the mask on too long.

I have a guide for that coming soon. One tip is that the way the game works is the AR world and real world are two separate areas. When you put on the mask you are moved into the AR level. So what happens is the real world music men are not always in the same place as the AR music men. So when you lure them away wait a few seconds before putting on the mask so the music men in both levels have time to move.
