Wow I am astonished at brightline I’m a Carmen for keolis commuter rail in Boston and brightline blows our facility and trains out of the water now I really want to move to Florida and work for them, and I must say when you were walking under the train I started inspecting the wheels and brakes 😂 I guess it’s just a habit 🤣😂🤣 nice video I liked it

I liked the model rail layout , how long was it . i hope brightline succeed in all of their plans & show the anti rail brigade that there is life beyond 4 wheels & aircraft .
I wish that I could hear him. I am chuckling as California is struggling with their train to nowhere. After nearly 10 years the first phase is still years away and tens of billions from running and in reality it won't run much faster then Brightline even though California calls its train High Speed Rail.
Don't forget good ole Republicans didn't want this to happen they voted against it in Florida and in the west for years sad but this is what we need all over the US this country not having a vass high speed train system is sick why we had to bow down to the oil companies for all these years is beyond me but other places didn't have great rail service
This is not a governmental agency, or quasi-governmental such as Amtrak, taxpayer funded as was what was originally proposed. Brightline is a privately financed, for profit, passenger transportation and economic development company that is following market driven demand in its offerings. By and large Brightlines success, or failure, will only benefit, not be a cost or burden on the general population of Florida. Time will tell how wide an application this formula will find in other US markets.
@@kennethhanks6712 no it's not but back when they first purposed this they wanted to stop it 15 years ago high speed trains in the US is like trying to get a tooth pulled
Well yes, because it was a money loser..I think a few years ago it was losing 18 million dollars a year. That's a lot of money for the taxpayers to fund. Now if thise new train is private money they can have at it. But if they are taking taxpayer funds, forget it.
Republican Florida got an excellent railroad system for their citizens without Federal involvement and waste. Meanwhile, California admits they can’t afford rail for their train.
United States has the worst public transportation in the world. We need high speed transit goes everywhere in United state. We need high speed trend immediately fast. We need to free our cities from stupid cars. Enough of concrete bridges. road. We America 40 years behind in transportation.
