How Ellen stands there in the midst of this small garden of Eden easily outshining even the most beautiful of flowers and then starts to softly caress your ears with this fantastic English rendition of Anfonaf Angel. I guess for a few moments I was indeed in paradise. 🥰
Just discovered this song first as Anfonal Angel in March this year. It was sung by visiting Welsh singer Ceri Half Roberts at a St David’s Day concert conducted by the Melbourne Male Welsh Choir. Both versions touched me very deeply and I will probably include it in my funeral in honour of all the people who have enriched my life. But hopefully that won’t be for a while yet!
