I just turned 41 in March I have stage 3 stomach cancer and at times I feel like it's the end for me it's seems like the people in my life forgot about me and I was always the one there for everybody . I play this song on repeat and just cry because I know God is real and will never forget about me. God loves us no matter what and he will bring me back. People say they love you but God is love

I have prayed for you. I have an illness but not life threatening as yours for 21 years. I spend almost 60% of my waking day in bed, most my friends are gone and even family members.
God was gracious to convert me about 2 years ago and He has been my rock. To know someone sees me that my life is not for nothing changed my life. So I agree completely with you, God never forgets about us. He sees you and He is with you. I pray you are healed in the name of Jesus.
Maybe you are too ill to go to church but if you have any strength don’t stop going, ok? That also makes a huge difference.
May God give you patience and perseverance.
