Apni city se dur rehke me bhi apni mumbai ki recipe banati ho aap log mere khano ko bhi dekhen maza ajayega aaplogo ko. Aaplogo ke piyar or sath ki bhut zaroorat hai.
Here fried bhel is delicious, I eat here regularly. He fries the noodles with corn flour coating which makes it even better.
My god, it gets reduced to half by the time it gets fully cooked and ready to serve. You guys need a bigger wok

Could've been a nice snack, but it looks all messed up. Manchurian, chowmein and bhel are themselves good enough items to be eaten individually and people will love that any day.

In this gentleman's case, his flame is set quite low and the mixing does not require the rocking motion. He wastes some of the dish falling over with the unnecessary rocking. Taking one minute longer and giving the thing a normal paced stir would be more ideal.
That being said, I wouldn't dine from their cart - looks kinda unhygienic. Throwing the fried noodles in the dirty bucket lol.
