Nice selection George. I'm glad Stan arrived safely - I posted a package to Rob Ison on the same day from the same post office, and that one went AWOL. First time that's ever happened to me.

Oh that’s a shame. That doesn’t happen often. Great lp enjoying it. Remember any requests.

I bet that Lennox ablum sounds wonderful George. Those 2 Tone Poets look to be in my wheel house also. Denver, the golf courses are open all year, now I just have to get my clubs moved up to the mountains

Great stack of records George. I would love to get that Coltrane Ballads UHQR but I already have a good copy of that one. Cool VCLT from James. I have a Booker Ervin album on Bethlehem Records; very cool that he's playing with Woody Shaw on the one you showed. Congratulations on finding that folk album, and the UK jazz.

George, I checked out the Patricia Barbara. I’m surel this sounds really nice on the ole stereo!
If I found that Count Basie for that price it would be in my bag in an instant…great find.
I have that Oliver Nelson LP. I always like his orchestrated albums (as well as smaller groups.)
I’m not familiar with the McLean LP but love his recordings. Have a good one.

Hi Bradley yes I am liking Patricia barber. Count Basie is fab. The Oliver Nelson not in the class of blues and the abstract. But a nice change. Jackie McLean real good lp.

Hi Ian how’s tricks. Was away for the weekend golfing up the highlands. So never got anything. Been buying a bit but not got round to showing. Might show soon. Yip the Bowie ep. Some fab jazz sonny Rollins and yusef lateef. As you say so much coming out and going of the scale. Also to pick up rsd titles when you don’t have all their studio stuff. Etc.

@scottspinner1 golf in the Highlands must be spectacular... I can see Heathrow control tower and Watford Fc from the top of our 4th tee ... take Scotland over that any day. Hope your self build turntable is going well. See you on your next installment...
