When you say that they come out of left and right field, I’m pretty sure that’s why their music is so good. Having to be able to have that much creativity sure goes a long way and they’ve proved it. Im seeing them on their Eternal Blue Tour soon and it’s gonna be epic.🤩😌
@@The_Wild_Healer Thank you for saying Electric Cross! That song is so wild in so many different ways. This guy would absolutely hate that song! lol I love it though. The thing with Spritibox's earlier stuff is that on initial listen it can be harder to appreciate because there is so much going on in the background. Electric Cross I liked but didn't love in first listen, but after listening to it more and more I LOVE IT. For me though, the one that is probably my all time favorite song of any genre is The Mara Effect Part 3. Especially the live recording. It gives me everything I love in one song. Crazy atmosphere, beautiful chorus and vocals, coming out of the first chorus, it gives me that amazing bass and drumming, and then sheer terror at the end. It has everything and does it in such seemless transitions. I could listen to that song 100 times in a row and still get goosebumps when I hear My Skin Crawls, My Chest Heaves, Punish Me.
Perennial was one of my lest favorite songs by them when i first heard it, now its one of my favorites. If you liked 'Blessed Be' you'd probably like their song 'Hysteria'
I had the same feelings with Perennial at first and a few other tracks, wasn't a fan of this song but then after a couple listens , I was like "actually it's pretty good I like this in a weird way."
Ya know, she does a lot of songs like these two, where lyrically the themes are about being stuck in abusive relationships and I gotta wonder WTF is Mike up to? :p I hope all these songs are about long past relationships.
Aye! The song I was thinking of is defeating gravity, but make sure you also listen to paradise and flames by them aswell! Let me know what you think of them! Thanks for the Support!
Ankor Prisoner is on the list I will add Oblivion to it though! It should be up by the end of the month! Thanks for the Support! Electric Cross is on the List for Spiritbox but ill be adding Trust Fall!
After a brief look into your reaction list i noticed that you did a reaction to make them suffer, so did you know that Courtney also did a feat. With them?
Spiritbox so far hasn't had a bad song yet in general! Blessed be though still takes the cake for me haha Thanks for the Support and checking out the Channel!
Everything you hear from Courtney and Mike's songs are PURPOSEFUL. Yes, you don't know shit. They agonize over every note, every bar, every tone, every chord progression, every riff, every voice change, every melody, every scream, every vocal fry...to the most minute detail. Anything you hear from them is purposeful--done for a reason to achieve their artistic vision. It is NOT just thrown together. EVER. Thanks for playing, though.
Just wanted to come back and say Blessed Be is iPod Official now and its an absolute banger!
The guitar in Perennial sounds like those laser engraving/3D printing videos
That's one heck of a reference lol Thanks for the Support!
Courtney's vocals and cadence go perfectly fine with the music on Perennial when you understand the Progressive nature of the song.
Still a good song overall still! Thanks for the Support! Blessed be, still on repeat as well haha
They're different man. In a good way. Its such a progressive journey played very cleannnnn
Blessed be is to this day, is still an absolute banger for me! Thanks for the Support!
Perennial is one of my all time favorites. The more listens, the more it hits.
