Somebody forget to mention Bwonsamdi's pocket world which is related to Shadowlands.
So are Odyn, Helya, and Bwamsamdi's realms sort of pocket dimensions of the Shadowlands that drag people in under the arbiters nose?

They are pocket dimensions inherently linked to he shadowlands. Just like the elemental planes are dimensions linked to azeroth.
