This very fun and creative. You might want to add a bit about the copyright laws. Not sure if using Disney Mickey pix are legal, even for non-commercial use. I don't know but worth mentioning. But again a great idea and so creative.
Fantastically detailed tutorial! You are a teacher who anticipates issues and addresses them before Hans. That is a rare skill!! Now, if only I had a Cricut….😂😂😂😂😂
I’m subscribing now. I’m a senior citizen and love your teaching style. It’s very clear and you stick to the point. Not jumping all over the place, which to me is very confusing. Thanks so very much. Be blessed, safe and healthy.
And I suddenly know what I am making for Christmas gifts this year! I will likely add a chipboad backing and make the months a peel off type using mod podge. Thanks for this video!
Thank so much for this tutorial! My daughter is a teacher and I've been looking at these little calendars to make for her desk, but didn't know where to begin and I love the fact I can add events.
@ChicOnTheCheap 🎉I just came across your channel for the first time. Apparently, I have been living under a rock! Lol anyhow, I just had to tell you how stoked I am to have found you and your absolutely awesome Cricut tutorials!! I have seen so many different channels, so many different educators, and influencers, and yaddayaddayadda…..WOW! Your approach has made me want to begin a new relationship with my machine! Bahchickacutcut! Lol! ☺️ Thank you so much!!
Hi Corinne, that was brilliant thank you. Haven’t got a cricut yet, but this makes we want to rush out and buy one . New subscriber from Australia, love your work ❤️🇦🇺
Thank you!! You have some of the best tutorials out there!! Clear and straightforward directions that even a beginner like me can follow...you're the best.....and Happy Belated Birthday 😁✌️
I'm so excited! I have wanted one of these calendars forever!!! Now I can add pics of my grandkids, or whatever! I'm wondering if I could put a picture over the whole square and send it behind the dates. Probably have to lighten it a little, but. . . so much fun to work and see what I can do. THANKS!!!
Thank you! What a great tutorial! You're a really good teacher and I always learn a lot from you! I love this idea and may be trying it for next year. I make and give them at Christmas to family and friends.
This is so cool - I need to try this - usually order my calendars from Etsy - but didn't get to it this year yet - so its on my list to do - You do great videos - cover all the steps concisely
I love watching the video, but I no longer have a Cricut... I have a Starcraft Solo. 😁😁 Can you do more videos on that?? 🤪They're SO hard to find!!!🧩🧸🎨 Thank you!!🤩🤩
Corinne! I just found your channel. Thank you so much. I can’t wait to make one. Two questions: how can I round the corners? How to stagger Mickey height-wise by adding a rectangle shape?
You stagger his size by sizing him slightly smaller each time if you want it done that way. As for the rounded corners you just use the rounded corner square option in design space shapes.
This is another reason I love following you! You come up with great and well explained projects. Small question, where did you find the calendar stand?
I am so excited! This is the first time I am motived to try to learn cricut canvas (sadly, my new machine has been sitting on my desk since early June and I've never had confidence in using). I want to make school calendars for my university students. This means having 2025 calendars. Would you recommend a good set for 2025?
@@sewandletgo these look like they would work well www.creativefabrica.com/product/2025-calendar-svg-%e2%80%a2-pgn-%e2%80%a2-pdf-%e2%80%a2-jpg-2/ref/236877/
What a great calendar. Going to have fun doing this for Friends and Family, and using different characters to make them more personal for every one. Can you tell me where you got the stand from, please? ❤
Thank you for this lesson. I noticed you have a Siser Juliet. Do you know what the Leonardo Design space version of Flatten is? I have tried a number of things with no success.
This is a great tutorial! Thanks! Can you tell me what cardstock you used, what thickness, and what texture (glossy, matte, satin, etc.). I don't live in the U.S. and Michaels apparently doesn't allow me to even visit their website. What kind of stand are you using for the calendar? Is it something that can be bought fairly cheap? Thanks for this great tutorial and for your help! I'm subscribing now!
Such a great and fun project. Thanks for sharing. Just wondering also if there is any reason why you don't show creations using your Siser Juliet? I have a Romeo and absolutely love it.
Excellent video. I have seen them all over the internet that people have done and some were beautiful. My issue was there wasn't clear instructions. Your video filled in all the gaps. Thank you so much. I do have a question though...what was the size of your calendar and also the size of your Mickeys. Again thank you!
Hi, I'm very new. Was following along except when you cut out the calendar on the machine, then I lost you. So, how do I cut them out. I really loved the calendar.
You print them and they have the lines that you see on the corners. The cricut knows where to cut because of the lines on the paper. You simply load it into the machine choose a cut setting and hit the cricut button on the machine. it will cut it out
Hi Corrine, thank you so much, i just became a member and love your work. Is there a "project " that can be downloaded with the mickey mouse templates ready to cut? I dont mind paying 😊
Am I doing something wrong when downloading the file? It's trying to connect to PayPal and I am seeing a subscription that's free now but then after trial has a monthly fee. Your video didn't show that so I wanted to check with you. These are amazing!!!
There is a free trial available www.creativefabrica.com/promo/6995/0p648/ However if you already used a free trial you can’t use another. Once the 10 downloads have been used you would need to cancel the trial or sign up for the membership.
Thanks Corinne! I have a question - when I made mine, it was print a sheet, cut that sheet, print the next one, then cut. It didn't print one after the other. Any ideas as to why that might have happened?
Because you have to manually select each page and print then them. Then when you cut you have to do the same but tell it you have already printed between each page.
Thanks for your prompt reply 😊 Okay, I understand. So you print, cancel the cut, print the next, cancel the cut and so forth until you're done and then start again, this time to cut.
This very fun and creative. You might want to add a bit about the copyright laws. Not sure if using Disney Mickey pix are legal, even for non-commercial use. I don't know but worth mentioning. But again a great idea and so creative.

You stagger his size by sizing him slightly smaller each time if you want it done that way. As for the rounded corners you just use the rounded corner square option in design space shapes.
You could make these into smaller ones for your car...I remember my grandparents used to have one every year on the dash from their insurance company.
You totally could!
