I have had Pfaff machines since 1982. I love them. I now have the Pfaff Passport 02 to take to sewing retreats and sewing guild days and the Pfaff Ambition 630 at home. I love the dual feed and couldn't do without it. I love all the stitches my Ambition has. I like to sew table runners, bags, clothes and my machines tackle all I throw at it with ease and professionalism. I am so happy with my machines.
Here you can find the Pfaff Quilt Ambition 630: www.rockymountainsewing.com/product/pfaff-quilt-ambition-630 And the Pfaff Quilt Expression 720 can be found here: www.rockymountainsewing.com/product/pfaff-quilt-expression-720
Thd biggest minus for Quilt Ambition 630 (the same is as I know for 610 and 620 too) is the reverse stitching. The machine sews one stitch forward before going in reverse and that is so annoying. A precise stitching is quite hard. I have used 630 for sewing bags. No problems. Just for faux leather it's best to have a teflon presser-foot.
@@annemaguire657 Both of these are true! There is a quick reverse button on the front of the machine, and there is a stitch that will just automatically have you sew backwards. The biggest use we see for the reverse stitching is when you'd like to stitch over something that you need to use the free arm for, but you need to go backwards for it. Most of the time it's seen when installing light velcro or something similar.

I have a Quilt Ambition 2, but any of those I would love to own :)
Thanks, I’ve got the ambition 620 and am thinking of upgrading to the exp.710......
Thanks for the concise comparison!
Do you have video demonstrating how do you wind bobbin from the needle?
We do not at this moment, but we'll add that for the future!

I always wondered why you would need/use reverse stitching, think it’s number 3 on my machine, help please???
@@annemaguire657 No, there is a special reverse button under start/stop button. Reverse sewing secures the stitch.
@@mandolina6280 yes I understand that, but there is also a reverse stitch as in completely sewing backwards for as long as you want it to :)
