This is same as when we purchase a petrol car, we only get the car, for rest of the life we refuel our car according to our usage.
Here also we get only the car, and we have to pay for the battery Rs.3.50/- per km. which is much cheaper than filling petrol in our car.

I have couple of questions regarding Windsor shell + battery costing plan.
1) Suppose customer has taken Shell only ( say 10 Lakhs) with battery as subscription plan, will the insurance be only on the Shell price of 10 lakhs or it includes battery price as well 2) in subscription plan in case of accident will the insurance cover full body including battery or only on shell. battery price excluded ?

This is same cost as a CNG car
According to their calculation 1500km per month with rate of 3.5 + 1 = 4.5
Means 6750/- rupee per month
Same in CNG 1500km with average of 20km per kg and 78/-perkg cng
Total cost will be
1500km/ 20 = 75KG of cng used
75*78= 5850/- per month
Question is : is it battery on rent or battery on emi, if it’s on rent and in case the rent is bounced then it gets back to the owner(financier) he can’t liquidate the whole asset.
Google say's "Mileage of Maruti Baleno The Automatic Petrol variant has a mileage of 22.94 kmpl.
Whats the safety rating of Baleno? its good option if its above 4 star
Only on expressways and on cruising @70-80 kmph you will get this mileage and in city it is 13-14 kmpl
It's a battery emi..not a battery as a service...

MG there is no resale value, guys don't put your heads on the railway track.
MG cars have great resale values, you must research before saying.
If you want for long period resale hardly matters infact it's difficult to predict if maruti have similar resale value after 8 10 years.

Dnt fool customers. The minimum subscription plan is 5200 rs per month so this is not 3.5 rs per km. Even if I drive 500 or 700 km per month i still hv to pay that minimum subcription plan amount excluding home charging and fast charging electricity bills. This car is not for everyone unless you travel a lot. On top of that, its range is way too low. You must consider its resale value as well as most of the people dnt keep cars more than 5 years. What if after 1 year better ev cars with new battery technology come up?😂
What about 18 percent service tax
For this we have to know how much loan we are incurring in the form of battery. For this we have to know the cost of battery

Will not work, not good option, etc but Critics dont understand is buying windsor is not compulsory to them. But selling windsor is must for mg so mg will find best way to attract people.
Bro! Instead spending such a huge amount in petrol variants, you can buy windsor at affordable price with premium feel, I don't think there is any wrong with BAAS model.

Why finance the battery at a higher interest rate than the rest of the car? That is essentially what it is.
