WHY DO I SCREAM!! And what I'm doing to fix it, in OBS

Every so often I get comments on why I'm screaming or being loud, normally I make an exuse that I'm just a loud guy, mostly it's my hearing cause when I'm editing I'll jack it up.. but in this video I will show off my process, and test adding a compresser and see what It does to the levels of my voice to try to keep it even.
